As Houser Financial Group’s Director of First Impressions, Jeanne Marie Moeller is often the first smiling face you see or warm voice you hear when you connect with our team. With more than 15 years of executive-level experience across the financial services, banking, and securities sectors, she brings calm professionalism and genuine care to every client interaction.

Prior to joining Houser Financial Group, Jeanne spent nearly 12 years supporting executive leadership and the Board of Directors at Space Coast Credit Union. Her extensive background in managing complex coordination, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance means no detail ever slips through the cracks. She believes that exceptional service lives in the little things—listening closely, anticipating needs before they arise, and making every person who walks through our doors feel truly supported.

 Originally from New York, Jeanne has called Florida’s Space Coast home for more than 25 years. When she is not in the office helping our days run smoothly, you will most likely find her cooking for family, volunteering at her church, or exploring the neighborhood on walks with her Golden Retriever, Goldie.
