Seraphina joined the Houser Financial Group in June 2024 as a Team Builder. She focuses on onboarding new members and fostering a cohesive, productive team environment. With a strong sense of shared responsibility and camaraderie, she engages with colleagues to provide goal-setting, stress-reduction techniques, and coaching while supporting skill development and training across the team.
As the official greeter, Seraphina welcomes clients with professionalism and grace. Raised as one of 11 siblings, she is skilled in balancing relationships and encourages trust, cooperation, and positive interactions.
Currently, she is preparing for her Series 6 exam, specializing in Investment Company and Variable Contract Products. Outside of work, Seraphina enjoys math, heartfelt hugs, long naps, and treats from her teammates.
