Timothy J. Bontrager, BS

Timothy joined Houser Financial Group as an intern in June 2024 and, by December, transitioned to a full-time role as a Special Projects Associate. He graduated from the University of South Florida's Muma College of Business in May 2024 with a Finance degree and a strong interest in wealth management.

Timothy is passionate about finance and is committed to being a part of Houser Financial Group, contributing to the firm's success while continuing to grow and advance his career in the industry. Timothy grew up in a military family, which brought him to Brevard, where he has lived ever since. Over the years, he has grown to love the area and considers it home.

Timothy is a dedicated member of the Houser Financial team, conducting research and contributing to special projects for every aspect of the business. As a Special Projects Associate, he manages diverse tasks, supporting internal operations and client-facing projects. Timothy works closely with the team to ensure smooth execution and optimal results while providing consistent client support. His positive, enthusiastic attitude, natural curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills allow him to approach each project with a fresh perspective and a collaborative mindset.

Outside of work, Timothy is an avid fisherman, often spending time at Sebastian Inlet chasing snook. He is also passionate about music, playing both guitar and piano. Staying active is essential to him; he enjoys going to the gym regularly.
